- Do not rely on pressure tactics like “pay now or lose it.”

Selling well on Designer Goldmine
- Photograph the exact item in good lighting.
- Include front, back, sides, corners, interior, hardware, labels and stamps, serial or date code if applicable, flaws, and included accessories.
- Write condition honestly.
- Price clearly.
- Respond promptly.
- Package carefully.
- Provide tracking when shipping.

Condition language guide
- New / Unused
- No wear; may include original packaging.
- Excellent
- Minimal signs of handling or use.
- Very Good
- Light visible wear, still well cared for.
- Good
- Noticeable wear, but functional and presentable.
- Fair
- Significant wear, flaws, or repairs; priced accordingly.
Condition is subjective. When in doubt, describe the flaw and show a photo.
Care basics
- Store items clean, dry, and supported.
- Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and color transfer.
- Do not overstuff bags.
- Be careful with leather cleaners, conditioners, and DIY treatments.
- For valuable or delicate pieces, consult a professional before attempting repairs or restoration.
